Getting To Know Attorney Fisher Wise

Fisher Wise had the ability to argue for his case or his cause from an early age, which is why he was always told that he would make a great lawyer. This gift, combined with his problem solving and negotiating skills laid the groundwork for a career as a lawyer. Since then he went on to pursue excellence in the legal field, delivering results for the many clients he has served over the years.

As a philosophy major at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, his parents' alma mater, he learned the art of debate, argument, and how to support his positions. All of these skills would serve him well in the building of a successful legal career, where he could use them in the advocacy of others.

The next step was applying, being accepted, and enrolling in law school at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. At Cumberland, Fisher developed a passion for justice and effecting positive change throughout his legal education. He saw the law as a means for achieving these ends, and while uncertain of what area of the law he wanted to pursue, he did know that he would be focused on giving his best to his clients and to having them be proud to have him as their lawyer.

Fisher graduated, continued to study hard, then passed the bar exam in the same year. He was quickly recruited by a well-established insurance defense firm where he would spend the next 3 years. As a defense attorney for the firm, Fisher gained litigation and negotiating experience as a trial lawyer in both civil and criminal court, defending clients involved in personal injury and workers' compensation cases.

While Fisher enjoyed the success he found working in insurance defense, he felt a calling to strike out on his own. This led to his decision to leave the world of a big law firm behind and open his own practice, the Law Offices of Wisher Wise and Associates, a law firm offering legal counsel in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and personal injury. In doing so, he was able to manage his own caseload in order to give his clients a more personalized experience as well as the highest level of legal counsel and representation.

Over the many years of running his own firm, Fisher remains committed to an exceptional level of service to his clients. He and his staff work hard to maintain the highest standards of excellence for the people of the greater Chattanooga area. To this day, Fisher fights for his clients in order to gain them the best possible results. Fisher Wise is dedicated to fighting for freedom, restitution, and justice on behalf of all of his clients and their children.
